We take fast and inexpensive delivery for granted. We have good agreements with PostNL and international delivery services to have your order delivered to you as quickly and inexpensively as possible. - Within the Netherlands: Your order will be delivered to your home free of charge from €25
- Within Europe: Your order will be delivered to your home free of charge from €50
After ordering and paying for your products, we receive your order. We will process it immediately. Do you order and pay on working days before 17:00? Then your order will be packed and discreetly offered to the parcel service (PostNL) the same day.
The moment your order is offered to the parcel service, you will receive an e-mail from us with the track-and-trace code for your package. This allows you to track your package on the PostNL website and gives you an indication of the delivery time. Deliveries in the Netherlands are provided by PostNL and generally take place the next working day between 08:30 and 19:00. For expected delivery times abroad, see the table below.
Tip: did you not receive the track-and-trace code? Check your ‘junk mail’ or ‘spam’ folder. Chances are the email ended up there!
Furthermore, we are not liable for any delays that occur during or as a result of the delivery service handling your order.
