A fast and as affordable as possible delivery goes without saying for us. We have good agreements with PostNL and international delivery services to get your order to you as quickly and cheaply as possible. We also ship in neutral packaging, because we think our customers privacy matters. Below you can read everything about delivery times, delivery costs and our shipping method.
Free delivery
- Within the Netherlands: your order is delivered free of charge from €25.
- Within Europe: your order is delivered free of charge from €50.
How does delivery work at Dutch Balance?
After ordering and paying for your products we receive your order. We start processing it straight away. Do you order and pay on a working day before 17:00? Then we pack your order the same day and hand it to the parcel service (PostNL) in neutral packaging.
As soon as your order has been handed to the parcel service, you receive an email from us with the track and trace code for your parcel. With that you follow your parcel on the PostNL website and get an indication of the delivery moment. Deliveries in the Netherlands go via PostNL and usually take place on the next working day between 08:30 and 19:00. You will find the expected delivery times abroad in the table below.
Tip: did you not receive the track and trace code? Then check your junk or spam folder. There is a good chance the email ended up there.
We are not liable for delays that arise during or as a result of the handling of your order by the delivery service.
