Which one suits you?

All B vitamins in one. The Together B complex contains the whole group, one capsule a day.

If you eat vegan. Vitamin B12 is found almost only in animal foods. The Together B12 provides 20 µg per capsule.

If you menstruate. Women who menstruate lose iron. Gentle Iron is a mild form in a capsule, Vegums Super Iron a gummy with 7 mg of iron.

B vitamins with magnesium. Stress Aid combines B vitamins with magnesium and ashwagandha. There is no approved claim for ashwagandha.

What do the approved claims say?

Vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, vitamin C, iron and magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, biotin, vitamin C, iron and magnesium contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Those are the wordings from the European register. We may not say more, and a supplement does not replace a varied diet.

Frequently asked questions

Which vitamins are linked to tiredness?

According to the European register, vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, vitamin C, iron and magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. If you have been tired for a long time without a clear reason, see your GP. A supplement is no solution for an underlying cause.

B complex or separate B12?

If you eat vegan, B12 is the vitamin that matters, and a separate B12 is enough. A B complex is useful if you want to supplement the whole group.

Can I take iron and a multivitamin together?

Add up how much iron you get in total, because most multivitamins contain iron too. Stay within the recommended amount and talk to your GP if in doubt.
