Would you like to return your order at Dutch Balance? That is very easy. You have 30 days to change your mind after receipt and you do not have to give a reason. Below you can read exactly how the returns process works and what to keep in mind.
Within how much time can I return?
You can return your order up to 30 days after receipt, without giving a reason. This is possible as long as the seal on your products is unbroken. Is the seal broken? Then the right of withdrawal lapses.
This is how you register your return
- Send your order back within 30 days of receipt to: Sipack, t.a.v. Dutch Balance B.V., De Trompet 1217, 1967 DA Heemskerk, Nederland. If you can, add a note with your order number and name.
- Hand the parcel in at a PostNL service point, have the barcode scanned and keep the proof of postage.
- As soon as we have received your products in good order, we refund the amount to you within 14 days of registering your return.
What does returning cost and do I get everything back?
After we receive your products you get the full purchase amount back. The shipping costs for sending your parcel back are at your own expense.
