Ordering your supplements and other CBD products through Dutch Balance is very easy. Exactly as you would expect! When we receive your order on working days before 17:00, we pack your order the same day and hand it over to the parcel service of PostNL. More information about delivery options and costs can be found on this page. To order your products, simply follow the following steps:
Our webshop works just like an old-fashioned drugstore, but just a little easier. Because instead of aisles and shelves, we have website pages where you can select your favorite products and place them in your virtual shopping cart. All product categories are conveniently grouped together on this page. Then select a product you like and press the “Add to cart” button. The product is then automatically added to your shopping cart. Would you like to order the same item several times? Then adjust the quantity. Would you like to order multiple items? No worries: all products in your shopping cart will be automatically saved as long as you stay on the website.
If you have found all the products you were looking for, click on the shopping cart in the upper right corner of the screen. You will then immediately see all the products in your shopping basket and can remove any products or adjust the quantities. Would you like to continue ordering the contents of the shopping cart? Then press checkout. The checkout process will then start.
You will see a form where you fill in your data. We need this information to process your payment and send your package to the correct address. These are therefore the only purposes for which we use your data: your data are never shared with third parties! Do you have a voucher code? Then you can also enter this code on this page.
Would you like your order delivered to an address other than the billing address? This is possible. Check the box next to ‘Ship to another address’ and enter the address information for the delivery address.
Check all your information and click the “Place Order and Checkout” button. You will then be given the option to select your payment method. We accept all common payment methods:

- Bank transfer (e.g. via internet banking)

- Maestro
- Visa/Mastercard (Viva Wallet)
After selecting your payment method, the payment process starts automatically. You complete the payment by going through your this process.
After completing the payment, your order is complete and you will be notified of your successful order. You will also automatically receive an email from us containing a summary of your order and a copy of the invoice. Now you don’t have to do anything more: your order will automatically come your way. Did you order before 5 p.m. on weekdays? Then your package will be handed over to the delivery service the same day. Did you order after 5 p.m.? Then the package will go directly with the delivery service the next working day. As soon as the delivery service has processed your package, you will receive an e-mail with a track-and-trace code. This allows you to track your package and see when you can expect delivery.
