Would you like to return your order at Dutch Balance? That is very simple with us. You can return your order free of charge up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. This is possible as long as the seal of your products is not broken. Is the seal broken? Then the right of withdrawal expires. After receiving your products, you will be refunded the full purchase price including the original shipping costs. The shipping costs for returning your package will be refunded in full.
- Please return your order within 14 days of receipt to: Dutch Balance, Droogmakerij 37 G, 1851 LX Heiloo. If possible please add an extra bill with your order number and name.
- Return the package to a PostNL service point, have the barcode scanned and keep the return receipt.
- After we have received your products in good order, we will refund the amount due to you within 14 days of notification of your return.
