Less well known than CBD, but still worth trying: the full spectrum CBN oil from Dutch quality brand Dutch Hemp. This is a special cannabis oil that contains an extra high concentration of CBN (10%) in addition to all cannabinoids (including CBD, CBC and CBG and a fraction of THC).

CBN has really taken off in recent years and is increasingly being used instead of painkillers and tranquilizers. You can compare its effect to that of CBD oil, with the difference that CBN has a somewhat more sedating and calming effect. So are you taking CBD mainly in connection with pain symptoms? Then you can also benefit greatly from CBN.
