- For Europe: Your order will be delivered to your home free of charge from €50
Shipping costs for smaller orders are €3.95 for shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France. For more information and an overview of all shipping costs worldwide, see also the delivery page.
We deliver your order for free at home if the total amount of the order exceeds €25 and you order within the Netherlands. Are you ordering outside the Netherlands, but within Europe? Then delivery is free from an order amount of €50.
You can also order from a country other than the Netherlands. Besides all countries in Europe, we also deliver to the United States. Look here for more information about the countries where we deliver and what delivery costs apply.
The moment your order is offered to the parcel service, you will receive an email from us with the track-and-trace code for your package. This allows you to track your package on the PostNL website and gives you an indication of the delivery time. Deliveries in the Netherlands are provided by PostNL and generally take place the next working day between 08:30 and 19:00. Are you ordering from abroad? Check this page for all expected delivery times per country.

Tip: did you not receive the track-and-trace code? Check your ‘junk mail’ or ‘spam’ folder. Chances are the email ended up there!
