How and when do you drink it?

Dissolve one sachet in about 700 ml of water. One a day is enough, preferably in the morning or early afternoon because of the caffeine.

Does it contain sugar?

No. The drink is sweetened with stevia and contains no sugar, artificial sweeteners or preservatives. It is vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free.

Who is this not suitable for?
