What is this CBD oil good for?

This is the most asked question about CBD, and precisely the question we may not answer. No health claims have been approved for CBD in the European Union. What we can tell you is what is in it, how you dose it and where it comes from. What you want from it is up to you.

How many drops do you take a day?

That differs from person to person. With this 7.5% oil every drop delivers roughly 3 mg, and the 20 ml bottle holds about 500 drops. Start with a few drops a day, spread across the day, and build up calmly until you find what suits you. Stick to the instructions on the packaging.

How long before you notice anything?

Because you hold the drops under your tongue for 60 to 90 seconds, they are absorbed through the mucous membrane of the mouth and not only through the digestive tract. That is faster than a capsule, for instance. How you experience it and over what period is personal, and we make no statement about that.

Natural oil has the herbal, earthy taste of the hemp extract. This variant is flavoured with a natural lemon taste, which makes taking it under the tongue more pleasant for many people. The taste makes no difference to how it works; it is purely a matter of preference.

What should you look out for?

CBD can influence how your body breaks down certain medicines. If you take medication, consult your doctor before you start. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not use it. Keep the bottle out of reach of children.

What is in it?

The hemp is grown organically in the EU, without pesticides, and processed with cold CO2 extraction without chemical solvents. How do you use it?
