What is this CBD oil good for?

This is the most asked question about CBD, and precisely the question we may not answer. No health claims have been approved for CBD in the European Union. What we can tell you is what is in it, how you dose it and where it comes from. What you want from it is up to you.

How many drops do you take a day?

That differs from person to person. With this 7.5% oil every drop delivers roughly 3 mg, and the 20 ml bottle holds about 500 drops. Start with a few drops a day, spread across the day, and build up calmly until you find what suits you. Stick to the instructions on the packaging.

How long before you notice anything?

Because you hold the drops under your tongue for 60 to 90 seconds, they are absorbed through the mucous membrane of the mouth and not only through the digestive tract. That is faster than a capsule, for instance. How you experience it and over what period is personal, and we make no statement about that.

Natural oil has the herbal, earthy taste of the hemp extract. This variant is flavoured with a natural lemon taste, which makes taking it under the tongue more pleasant for many people. The taste makes no difference to how it works; it is purely a matter of preference.

What should you look out for?

CBD can influence how your body breaks down certain medicines. If you take medication, consult your doctor before you start. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not use it. Keep the bottle out of reach of children.

Reviews

The lemon variant in the generous size: 1500 mg in 20 ml, for when the fresh citrus taste is your preference and you want a supply that lasts. The natural lemon oil softens the slightly earthy hemp flavour. The strength is 7.5%, about 3 mg CBD per drop, an intermediate step between 5% and 10%. Prefer pure or mint? Have a look at natural or peppermint.

What is in it?

A full spectrum oil with not only CBD but also CBG, CBC, CBN, terpenes and flavonoids. The assumption that they complement each other is called the entourage effect, an idea, not a promise. The lemon flavour comes from natural lemon oil. With THC below 0.05% it will not get you high.

Where it comes from

The hemp comes from the EU and is grown without pesticides, and processed with cold CO2 extraction without chemical solvents. Every batch is independently tested for cannabinoid profile, heavy metals, pesticides, microbiology and solvent residues. You can request the report through our customer service.

How do you use it?

Shake the bottle, drop under your tongue and let it sit for 60 to 90 seconds before swallowing. Start with 2 to 3 drops a day and adjust after a few days. With a meal containing some fat, absorption is a little easier.
