The 2
5% is the strongest oil in this range. One drop contains about 10 mg CBD, as much as five drops of the 5%. Handy if you already know your own amount and do not want to count many drops, and often better value per milligram. If you are new to CBD, better start lower: at this strength one drop is a considerable step straight away.
What is in it?
This oil is
full spectrum too: alongside CBD it contains CBG, CBC, CBN, terpenes and flavonoids. Together they form the complete plant profile, and the assumption that they complement each other is called the entourage effect. An idea, not a promise. The THC content stays below 0.05%, so not psychoactive.

How do you use it?
Shake the bottle and drop under your tongue, letting it sit for 60 to 90 seconds before swallowing. Because this oil is strong, you only need a few drops: start calmly with one drop, two to three times a day, and adjust until you find your amount. With a meal containing some fat, absorption is easier.
