What is this CBD oil good for?

This is the most asked question about CBD, and precisely the question we may not answer. No health claims have been approved for CBD in the European Union. What we can tell you is what is in it, how you dose it and where it comes from. What you want from it is up to you.

How many drops do you take a day?

That differs from person to person. With this 25% oil every drop delivers roughly 10 mg, and the 10 ml bottle holds about 250 drops. Start with a few drops a day, spread across the day, and build up calmly until you find what suits you. Stick to the instructions on the packaging.

How long before you notice anything?

Because you hold the drops under your tongue for 60 to 90 seconds, they are absorbed through the mucous membrane of the mouth and not only through the digestive tract. That is faster than a capsule, for instance. How you experience it and over what period is personal, and we make no statement about that.

What does full spectrum mean?

This oil is full spectrum: the complete plant profile is preserved, including a trace of THC below 0.05%. If you want no THC at all, a broad spectrum oil makes more sense, which is made THC-free after extraction. Otherwise they are comparable.

What should you look out for?

The 25% is the strongest oil in this range. One drop contains about 10 mg CBD, as much as five drops of the 5%. Handy if you already know your own amount and do not want to count many drops, and often better value per milligram. If you are new to CBD, better start lower: at this strength one drop is a considerable step straight away.

What is in it?

This oil is full spectrum too: alongside CBD it contains CBG, CBC, CBN, terpenes and flavonoids. Together they form the complete plant profile, and the assumption that they complement each other is called the entourage effect. An idea, not a promise. How do you use it?
