For many people CBD is part of a deliberate routine: a fixed moment in the day that is just for you. In that, this 10% is the middle of the range in strength. Have you been at it a while and notice you need more and more drops of a lighter oil? Then 10% works more comfortably. At about 4 mg per drop you need less of it and a bottle lasts longer. What is in it?
This is a
full spectrum oil. Alongside CBD it also contains the other natural compounds from the hemp plant: CBG, CBC, CBN, terpenes and flavonoids. The idea behind it is called the entourage effect, the assumption that those compounds complement each other when you take them together. We present it as the idea it is, not as a promise. The THC content stays below 0.05%, so it will not get you high.
Where it comes from
The hemp grows organically in the EU, without pesticides. The cannabinoids are extracted with cold CO2 extraction, a method without chemical solvents. How do you use it?
Shake the bottle briefly. Drop the amount under your tongue and let it sit there for 60 to 90 seconds before swallowing. Start with 2 to 3 drops a day and see how that suits you for a few days before adjusting. If you take it with a meal containing some fat, your body absorbs it more easily. Stick to the recommended daily amount.
