Where do you stick the patch and how long does it stay on?

Choose clean, dry and as smooth a patch of skin as possible, your upper arm or back for instance. Press the patch down firmly so the edges keep sticking. How long you leave it on and when you replace it is stated on the packaging.

How much CBD is in a patch?

Every patch contains 50 mg of CBD isolate, making it more highly dosed than the 16 mg broad spectrum patch. One pack contains 30 patches of 50 by 64 millimetres.

Isolate or broad spectrum, which do you choose?

Isolate is pure CBD without the rest of the plant profile and without even a trace of THC. Pleasant if you deliberately want CBD only or want to rule out THC completely. The broad spectrum patch keeps the broader cannabinoid profile, just without THC. It is a matter of preference.

What should you look out for?

Do not use the patch on damaged or irritated skin. Sensitive skin can react to the adhesive layer, so test it on a small spot first. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, consult your doctor first.
