Every capsule contains 6.75 mg of CBD. Because this is a lighter dose, it is easier to build up or spread out with. A usual approach is one to a few capsules a day, and to see from there what suits you. Stick to the instructions on the packaging.

What is in the capsules?

A plant-based capsule with hemp seed oil and full spectrum hemp extract, so CBD plus other natural cannabinoids and a trace of THC below 0.05%. The hemp comes from Austria, from Wedihemp (formerly Medihemp), organically grown and batch-tested.

Every plant-based capsule contains 6.75 mg full spectrum CBD in a hemp seed oil base. Full spectrum means that alongside CBD, other cannabinoids and plant compounds from the hemp are preserved, with a minimal amount of THC below 0.05%. A jar contains 60 capsules.

How do you use it?

Swallow one capsule with a glass of water. Absorption happens through your stomach and intestines, so a little slower than oil under the tongue, but spread over a longer period. Because every capsule contains the same amount, you know exactly what you are taking. If you want more CBD per capsule, there is also the standard 13.5 mg capsule.

Where it comes from

Wedihemp was formerly called Medihemp and comes from Austria. The brand grows its hemp on its own land, some 400 hectares beside a lake in Austria, together with local farmers who work organically. The soil is free from pesticides and herbicides and the plants are EU-certified. The CBD is extracted using cold CO₂ extraction, without chemical solvents.
