What are these CBD gummies good for?

This is the most asked question about CBD, and precisely the question we may not answer. No health claims have been approved for CBD in the European Union. What we can tell you is what is in it, how you dose it and where it comes from. What you want from it is up to you.

How much CBD is in a gummy?

Every gummy contains a fixed amount of 25 mg of CBD, with 30 in a jar. That is the handy thing about a gummy: you always know exactly what you are taking, without dripping or measuring.

Can you taste the CBD?

Hardly. The apple and lemon flavour covers the herbal taste of the hemp extract, which many people find more pleasant than oil under the tongue.

What should you look out for?

CBD can influence how your body breaks down certain medicines. If you take medication, consult your doctor before you start. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not use it. Keep the bottle out of reach of children.

Not everyone likes the herbal taste of oil under the tongue. A gummy is then an easy alternative. You chew one and that is it. Every gummy contains a fixed amount of 25 mg CBD, so you always know exactly what you are taking. This variant has the fresh taste of apple and lemon and fits in your bag for when you are out.

What is in it?

These gummies are made with CBD isolate. That means CBD only, without other cannabinoids such as CBG and CBC, and without THC. Each gummy contains 25 mg CBD and the jar holds 30. That comes to 750 mg per jar.

How do you use it?

Take one gummy and chew it thoroughly. Because you absorb the CBD through your digestion and not under the tongue, it is released a little more slowly than with oil, but spread over a longer period. Start with one gummy and see how that works for you before taking more. Keep the jar in a dry place, out of the sun.
