A multivitamin is the simplest way to cover your daily base of vitamins and minerals. This one is for anyone who tries to eat varied but wants the certainty that nothing is structurally missing. A jar contains 30 capsules, one per day.
What is in it and why choose a multivitamin?
A multivitamin combines various vitamins and minerals in one capsule, here complemented with some plant extracts. For anyone who wants to be sure their daily basic needs are covered, that is a practical addition to a varied diet. Important: a multivitamin does not replace healthy food, it tops up where your menu may fall short.
Where it comes from
Together is a British brand that has been in our range for years. They make vegan supplements in the United Kingdom to GMP standards and have every batch independently tested. The capsules are plant-based (HPMC) and contain no artificial binders, colourings, flavourings or fillers. The packaging stands out: a resealable pouch instead of a plastic jar, which saves a lot of plastic.
How do you use it?
Take 1 capsule daily with water, preferably with a meal, so that the fat-soluble vitamins are absorbed well. Sticking to a fixed moment, at breakfast for instance, helps you not to forget it. Stick to the recommended daily amount and do not exceed it.
