Can I add shilajit to it?

Yes. You can dissolve 250 to 500 mg of Shilafit shilajit resin in a cup of this tea and stir it through well. Shilajit is a separate product that you order alongside it, though; it is not in the tea.

What is the difference from Deep Rest?

Morning Power is a fresh, floral blend for during the day. Deep Calm is the evening tea, with herbs traditionally used around calm such as chamomile, lavender and valerian, and a milder, herbal taste. The difference is in the choice of herbs and the moment, not in a promised effect.

What should you look out for?
