Rather than a single mushroom, this blend combines several mushrooms in one capsule. Alongside separate varieties (such as Reishi, Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps and Chaga), Pure Mushrooms also offers composed blends, for anyone who wants to get to know several mushrooms at once. The Fit Mix is positioned towards an active day. Important: that positioning is a brand choice in the composition, not based on approved claims. Quality and origin

These capsules are EU organic certified, which means the mushrooms have been grown without pesticides or synthetic fertilisers. Pure Mushrooms uses the whole fruiting bodies of the mushrooms (not just the mycelium), which affects the composition of the natural constituents such as beta-glucans. The capsule shell is plant-based (HPMC), so the capsules are vegan, and free from artificial fillers, binders, colourings and flavourings.

Intake and dosage
