What is Immune meant for?

Vitamin C, vitamin D and zinc each contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Those are the EU-approved claims. The elderberry and echinacea in the formula have no approved claim; they are in there as herbs, but we promise nothing with them.

What is the difference from a separate vitamin C or D supplement?

With a single supplement you take one specific vitamin. Immune bundles vitamin C, D and zinc, which all three have a role around the immune system, plus a couple of herbs. If you would rather top up one vitamin specifically, a single supplement makes more sense.

What is elderberry and why is it in there?

Elderberry is a plant that has long been mentioned around the immune system in the Western herbal tradition. There is no approved claim for it within the EU, so we may not assert what it does; it is in the formula as a traditional herb.

Can you use Immune all year round?

That is possible. Some people use it mainly in autumn and winter, others all year round. Stick to the recommended daily amount.

Where it comes from

Together is a British brand we have carried for years. They make vegan supplements in the United Kingdom to GMP standards, without artificial binders, colourings, flavourings or fillers, and with plant-based capsules (HPMC). Instead of a plastic jar it comes in a resealable pouch, which saves a lot of plastic.

How do you use it?

Take 1 capsule daily with water, preferably with a meal. Sticking to a fixed moment in the day helps you stay consistent. With this kind of formula, regular use makes more sense than a one-off intake. Stick to the recommended daily amount.
