What does standardised to 3% rosavins and 1% salidrosides mean?

Those are the two most studied plant compounds in rhodiola. Standardising means that every capsule contains a fixed, controlled amount of those compounds, so that the composition is consistent.

Who is rhodiola not suitable for?

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, consult your doctor first. Because of its stimulating character, some people would rather not take rhodiola late in the day. Keep the jar out of reach of children.

The root has long been used within traditional herbalism and is known as an adaptogen, a category of plants traditionally associated with coping with changing circumstances. The most studied plant compounds in rhodiola are rosavins and salidrosides. We make no statements about an effect on health; there are no approved claims for rhodiola within the EU.

Where it comes from

For this supplement, only sustainably harvested roots from high mountain areas are used. Together works with a mild, chemical-free extraction based on water and natural alcohol, so the plant compounds are preserved. The extract is standardised to 3% rosavins and 1% salidrosides and is independently tested for purity, heavy metals and pesticides. The capsules are plant-based and the pouch is plastic-free and compostable.

How do you use it?

Take 1 capsule daily with water, preferably in the morning or early afternoon. You can take the capsule with or without food. If swallowing is difficult, you can open the plant-based capsule and stir the powder into a liquid or into yoghurt. Stick to the recommended daily amount.
