One capsule a day. Vitamin D is fat-soluble, so the body builds up a store of it; do not take more than recommended for that reason. In summer you produce more of it yourself through the sun.

When is the best time to take vitamin D?

With a meal containing some fat, because as a fat-soluble vitamin D is absorbed better that way. The time of day makes no further difference.

What is better not combined?

Vitamin D works together with calcium, whose absorption it promotes, and is often combined with vitamin K2. There are no combinations you need to watch particularly.

Who is this supplement not suitable for?
