Is the glucosamine suitable for vegans?

Yes. In many supplements glucosamine comes from shellfish such as crab and shrimp, but Together uses a vegan glucosamine, fermented from a plant source. Also pleasant if you have a shellfish allergy.

MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) is a naturally occurring sulphur compound widely used in formulas around connective tissue and joints. No health claim has been approved for it within the EU.

How much do you take a day?

One to two capsules a day, with a meal. Some people start with one and gradually build up to two. Consistent use over a number of weeks is what counts here.

How do you use it?
