Lion’s Mane (Hericium erinaceus) is a mushroom with a characteristic appearance of white, hanging spines. It grows naturally on dead hardwood in temperate regions of Asia, Europe and North America, and is used in Japan and China both in cooking and within the herbal tradition. In recent decades it has been the subject of scientific research, particularly because of constituents such as hericenones and erinacines. No health claims have been approved for Lion’s Mane within the EU.

These capsules are EU organic certified, which means the mushrooms have been grown without pesticides or synthetic fertilisers.
